Jason fell for a stick (Survivor: Micronesia)
Fake Idols are out there—and Jason definitely fell for one. Eliza was relying heavily on that stick being a Hidden Idol, so the pair played the "Idol" anyway in an effort to save her. Needless to say, it didn’t work (because the Idol wasn’t real) and Eliza became the first member of the jury on Survivor: Micronesia.

Nothing like the first time (Survivor: Borneo)
Sue’s speech said it all: rats and snakes dominated Season 1 and set the tone for roughin’ it on Survivor. After weeks of being swindled, Sue likened one castaway to a snake and another to a rat, saying that nature should take its course and allow the snake to eat the rat. Now THAT was a clear metaphor.

J.T. Thomas gives Immunity Idol to Russell Hantz on Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains
All the castaways were shocked when J.T. Thomas gave his Immunity Idol to Russell Hantz—someone he didn't know very well at all. He took a big gamble and he lost.

Erik Reichenbach is blindsided on Survivor: Micronesia
In an unbelievable moment, Erik Reichenbach gave away his Immunity necklace and was immediately eliminated. Oops.

When Cirie Was Eliminated - Without A Single Vote
This isn't a common occurrence on the island, but in Game Changers, every castaway at tribal council had immunity - in some form. The only one who didn't, was Cirie Fields, one of the best players to ever take a shot at the game.
She, with no luck, was eliminated, without actually getting any votes for her. She departed with a standing ovation from her tribe, though, which was well-deserved.

One is the loneliest number (Survivor: Palau)
During Survivor: Palau, the tribes never merged. So when the rest of the Ulong tribe was voted off, Stephenie returned to her camp alone, making her the only tribe of one in Survivor history.
